NEW BY LAWS AND ARTICLES APPROVED AT 5/16/09 SPECIAL MEETING Thanks to all of our returning members who sent proxies or voted at Saturday's meeting. Just over 75% of you registered a vote ( a record turnout) and the new By Laws and Articles were approved 904 to 26. And thanks especially to all of you who had a hand in creating the By Laws and articles. Well over 100 of you contributed suggestions and helped create these documents. They define us and guide us as we move forward to preserve the Lake Camelot lifestyle. Please remember that the rules established in our new By Laws govern our LCPOA owned properties. Individual properties are governed by municipal ordinances, and jointly owned property, such as beachclubs require that beachclub owners work together to determine how the beachclub should be shared by it's members. If you don't already have a representative on the beachclub committee, we suggest you identify one soon.
