From The Board President, Don Ystad

As many of our approximately 2200 members are seasonal residents at Lake Camelot, let me begin by saying welcome back to another season at our beautiful lake.  And, for those of us who are year-round residents, summers been a long time coming.  There have been a few changes since our .   Read The Rest

Thank You Jeanne for a Job Well Done!

Jeanne Osgood has been a member of the LCPOA Board of Directors for a number of years, and retired from the Board at the end of her term this past June.  Jeanne has always been the “go to” person who you could count of for accurate answers and timely results.  She has been a knowledgeable, productive member of the Board and will be missed.  One of Jeanne’s duties was to produce and distribute this newsletter.  She has done an outstanding job with the Newsletter and we want to thank her for all her hard work and time she devoted to this task.  The newsletter will continue and Jeanne has indicated she will help with the transition.  Thanks again Jeanne for making such a big difference in contributing to the success of this newsletter and the LCPOA.

The Piers are here!  The Piers are here!

We recently installed three new piers on Lake Camelot.  One is located at the boat ramp on 8th Street and another at the boat ramp on County D.  The third one has been installed at the Lodge.  These sturdy aluminum piers are on wheels and will be pulled out of the water over the winter.  The wooden pier that is at the Lodge will remain there in addition to the new pier until it is no longer useful.  These piers are for temporary docking only.  Enjoy.

OWNERSHIP AND ADDRESS CHANGES

In trying to have accurate records and mailings to the correct property owner, changes in information are important to the Lake Camelot Property Owners Association (LCPOA). If you sell your property, please be sure YOU, the old property owner and YOU, the new property owner contact the LCPOA with the information. Town of Rome, Adams County or attorneys do not automatically notify us. If you move, please place the lodge on your list of those to be notified.
