Who’s New at LCPOA?

Maintenance Supervisor

Please welcome Ron Wolf, who is our new maintenance supervisor for LCPOA.  Paul Williams, who held this position for a number of years, has recently retired.  Paul did an exceptional job and we thank him for all his efforts and wish him well in retirement.  Ron recently retired from the City of Adams where he took care of all their mechanical equipment.  He enjoys fishing, (largest fish caught is a 20.5 pound 41” Northern) and hunting.  He is married for over 40 years, has three children and four grandchildren.

Seasonal Maintenance Crew

Matt Grover most recently worked at the Keystone Resort in Colorado.  He enjoys snowboarding, motocross, and stock car races.  He is single.

Joe Schneider retired after 43 years in the graphic and printing industry.  His last employer was HM Graphics in Milwaukee.  He enjoys NASCAR and fishing with a 41” muskie being his largest catch.  He is married, has three children and six grandchildren.

Wayne Spletter retired after 25 years in law enforcement.  His last position was as police officer in Waterford.  Wayne also worked previously on the LCPOA maintenance crew.  He enjoys golf, traveling, and bike riding – which he does to work every day.  He is married, has two children, two step-children and three grandchildren.

     If you see any of the maintenance crew working around our Lake, please say “Hi” and thank them for the outstanding work they do in keeping our beach clubs and lodge area looking nice.
