Road Right-Of-Way:  A reminder – the road right-of-way measures thirty-three feet on either side of the centerline of the road. It may include the shoulder and even the ditch in front of your home. The right-of-way must not be used for private purposes i.e. storage of boats or trailers, planting trees or shrubs, burning brush, or holiday decorations.

Beach Club Cleanup: All personal property and watercraft must be removed from the beach clubs by October 15th. Anything remaining after that date will be removed by the L.C.P.O.A. Such property may be reclaimed upon payment of service charge.
Pontoon or PowerBoat Removed - $100.00 each.
All other watercraft removed - $25.00 each
 If a watercraft must be stored by the L.C.P.O.A. beyond one (1) day, the monthly charges will be:
Pontoon or powerboat storage - $100.00/each
All other watercraft storage - $50.00 each.

   All screen houses and camping equipment must be removed by November 30th.
