Road Right-Of-Way:  A reminder – the road right-of-way measures thirty-three feet on either side of the centerline of the road. It may include the shoulder and even the ditch in front of your home. The right-of-way must not be used for private purposes i.e. storage of boats or trailers, planting trees or shrubs, burning brush, or holiday decorations.

Beach Club Cleanup: All personal property and watercraft must be removed from the beach clubs by October 15^th. Anything remaining after that date will be removed by the L.C.P.O.A. Such property may be reclaimed upon payment of service charge.
Pontoon or PowerBoat Removed - $100.00 each.
All other watercraft removed - $25.00 each
 If a watercraft must be stored by the L.C.P.O.A. beyond one (1) day, the monthly charges will be:
Pontoon or powerboat storage - $100.00/each
All other watercraft storage - $50.00 each.

   All screen houses and camping equipment must be removed by November 30^th.
