The Rome Connection Committee is hard at work organizing this community-wide event. If you recall, the 2005 event was such a tremendous success we remain hopeful for your support once again.

Local restaurants will again feature favorite menu items. Those registered are Lake Arrowhead, Sherwood Lodge, Romanos, Pritzl’s, Sandy’s Flour Shop, Pigs-R-Us and Friar Tucks. Live music will be provided by the Jump Ship Blues Band and a new children’s activity tent is planned with lots of fun for the young ones. We’ll also host a dunk tank and are currently looking for volunteers to sit in the tank throughout the day. A couple of large inflatable games will be on-site for the children to enjoy as well. A main feature will be local Rome businesses who will offer craft items and/or display business information. There will be something for everyone and we invite you to attend in support of the Rome Connection Committee’s effort to unite our community. Watch for posters to be placed at local and surrounding area businesses very soon.
