OWNERSHIP
AND ADDRESS CHANGES
In trying to have accurate records and mailings to the correct
property owner, changes in information are important to the LCPOA. If
you sell your property, please be sure YOU, the new property owner
contact us with the information. Unfortunately, the Town of Rome, Adams
County or attorneys do not automatically notify us. If you move, please
place the lodge on your list of those to be notified. Also, if a
property owner is no longer handling affairs for their property,
please contact the LCPOA with that information.
Outlots/Greenways
(forested area between properties and in the Walden Area this includes
the area between property lines and the water’s edge)
No
types of motorized vehicles, including ATVs and SNOWMOBILES, are
permitted in any greenway.
No
cutting, brushing or mowing of trees or under-
brush is permitted in any greenway.
Waterfront Properties Waterfront/on-shore property owners own their property
down to the water’s edge. Using piers and the shoreline for fishing,
shortcutting between properties or strolling without the owner’s
permission is considered trespassing.
REMINDER
