Lake Arrowhead SnoBlast 2006, held Feb. 10^th-12^th was another success! Our thanks are extended to those who attended the event. We congratulate everyone who won tournaments and raffle prizes and thank those who donated prizes, their time and support.

The Annual Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Saturday – April 15^th at 10am. The event will be at the Pines driving range and everyone is welcome! Mark your calendar; rumor has it the Easter Bunny will be visiting with all the children!

   We’ll plan a Tribute to Memorial Day on Saturday, May 27^th with music and fireworks at the Pines Clubhouse.

Looking way ahead, in August, Wood County Telephone Company will present the 8^th Annual Golf for Cancer Research along with Marshfield Clinic and Lake Arrowhead. This year’s event will take place on Tuesday, August 22^nd. We will welcome 224 golfers, using both the Lakes and Pines Golf Courses playing a six-six-six golf event.      Lastly, the 17^th Annual Lake Arrowhead Craft Show is shaping up. Numerous vendors have already registered to display their handmade craft items – actually over ¾ of the spaces are reserved to date (March 2006). You won’t want to miss this show; it’s one of central Wisconsin’s best displays of quality craftwork. The date is Saturday, Sept. 2^nd from 9:00am – 3:00pm.
