The
Firewise program at Lake Camelot is going strong. Neighbors are getting
together in several green areas in the Cranbrook subdivision and along
Kingsway. One green area is being worked on in Walden area. YOU can help
clean up the fire hazards in our green areas. All you have to do is get
some neighbors together, get the paperwork filled out (available at the
lodge), and someone from the Firewise committee will contact you to see
what you want to do. Once the committee authorizes your project, you can
start dragging out all that dead stuff. Some members of the committee
are authorized to use the chipper, and by request, it can be used to
make short work of the mess of branches. Get involved, help protect the
Camelot area by spending a day on a Firewise project.
