Maintenance Supervisor

      LCPOA is seeking a supervisor for our grounds keeping crew.  Some of the duties include cutting grass and trimming trees at the Beach Clubs and routine maintenance of saws, vehicles and other mechanical equipment.  Duties also include planning and co-ordinating the work of three summer, seasonal employees, and being responsible for the maintenance of the Lodge grounds and buildings.  Hours of work during winter are minimal (mainly snow blowing at the Lodge) and during Spring, Summer and Fall hours will vary but average about 30 hours per week.  Candidates should have good mechanical skills, ability to organize and supervise others and the ability to solve problems.  Salary is $11.50 per hour.
