Beach Club Guidelines

Each offshore property owner in the Lake Camelot area owns a fractional share of their designated outlot (also called greenspace), as stated in your property deed. The LCPOA also holds an ownership share in each outlot. The portion of the outlot bordering the lake is designated as the beach club. As a property owner with deeded access to an LCPOA beach club, you and your guests have access to your designated beach club only. Please be sure you are using the beach club your lot is assigned to.
